Why CAFirm?

Simply put, you need a website provider that can grow with you. We have been innovating in the web publishing space since 2010, so our features are more robust, and our service is rock solid.

Can I get help when building my site?

Of course! If you have questions about creating, maintaining or upgrading your website, or are experiencing problems, please login and visit our Support Portal. We have many resources to help you build a great site as well as an active community of CAFirm .

What programming languages can I use?

Premium service customers can use CGI/Perl. However, this type of programming is not available for free account holders, nor do we support the use of SQL SERVER 2005 and ASP.Net. You can, however, link to remote scripts from your website.

How do I invite someone to view, collaborate or own my site and do they need a Mail Account?

People who you invite to your CAFirm Site do not need a CAFirm Mail Account: they do need, however, a CAFirm Account, which can be tied to any e-mail address. Here is the process of what you need to do to invite someone, and what they need to do to successfully access the site: Sign in to your site (you must be a site owner to share your site) and followed by Manage Site then Sharing. Under Invite client choose the access level you want them to have (as collaborators for instance), enter their e-mail addresses. To know what each access level gives see An overview of site sharing in the CAFirm Sites Help Centre. The invitees receive an e-mail that provides a link to make a Account. The client must make the CAFirm Account and verify it before accessing the site, else CAFirm Sites removes their e-mail addresses from the sharing page and you will have to re-invite them.

I can't Edit my Site any more: why?

This usually means your account is no longer seen as the owner of the site: only CAFirm can help you with this. Go to the CAFirm Sites Help Forum and post a question explaining you can no longer edit your site and make sure you provide the URL (web address) to your site. If you do not provide the URL then no one will be able to help you. I have ran out of space! Can I buy more space or move my site to CAFirm, to take advantage of the 10GB available.

How do I delete my site?

Use the More Actions button then Manage site; Go to General and scroll to the bottom of the page; Use the Delete this site link (in the Site Actions section). Warning: this is permanent and the site cannot be recovered, not even by CAFirm!

How do I Clear my Cookies and Cache?

Please visit the Clear your Cookies and Cache! page (from the CAFirm Sites Accessing and Editing Troubleshooter) for instructions on how to clear the cookies and cache of your browser.
